Introducing our versatile Cookie Machine, designed to effortlessly craft a wide array of delicious baked goods. From cookies to cakes, puffs to macarons, egg yolk biscuits to Jenny cookies - the possibilities are endless. Its innovative design allows for quick and seamless replacement of dosing pumps and extrusion nozzles, enabling smooth transitions to cupcake production (intermittent filling) or entire sheets of cake (continuous filling). The vertical motion design of the conveyor ensures gentle handling, preserving the integrity and texture of dough and batter.

Double Color Cookie Machine

This machine adopts modular quick disassembly design, simple installation, easy to clean.
 

Two-stage feeding design, high dosing accuracy:

Dosing Deviation: ±5%(with solid particulate), ±3%(without solid particulate)

Each part is driven by individual servo motor, the machine is quiet and stable.

This machine is suitable for soft dough such as cookie dough, cream, meringue, jam and slurry material with certain fluidity.

This machine is equipped with 2 hoppers, and has the flowing functions:
